We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented
F&B Executive
to manage daily food and beverage service operations and ensure high service standards across the outlet/site.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day
F&B service operations
Ensure proper grooming, hygiene, and service standards are followed
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
Assist with staff scheduling and daily service reports
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
Requirements:
Only female candidates are preferred
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in F&B service (hotel, cafe, restaurant, or corporate dining)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused and presentable
Knowledge of F&B service standards and hygiene practices
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,625.25 - ₹26,434.31 per month
