Duties & Responsibilities:-
Greeting and respecting of internal and external guest.
Excellent customer service skill.
Problem-solving skills, as well as experience with designing menus.
Forecasting and Managing the inventory level.
Adhering to the food and beverage budget.
Managing daily food and beverage operations and responsible for allocating duty to the service staff.
Following food and safety regulations.
Assisting with marketing events.
Hiring, training, and managing food and beverage staff.
Language Preference: Punjabi, English
