Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
- Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer experience by addressing concerns and maintaining service standards.
- Inventory & Supply Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimize wastage.
- Sales & Revenue Management: Drive sales through promotions, upselling, and maintaining profitability.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of sales, expenses, and staff performance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Experience in QSR or hospitality management.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask.
