The F&B Executive is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service to guests, ensuring service standards, hygiene, and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service
Take guest orders accurately and serve food and beverages as per standards
Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and mise-en-place before service
Recommend menu items and upsell food and beverages
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service
Handle guest requests and basic complaints professionally
Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards
Assist in banquet, room service, and special event operations
Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, service stations, and equipment
Follow billing procedures and assist in cash handling if required

Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
4-7 years of experience in F&B Service
Freshers with relevant training may be considered
Working Conditions
Shift-based duties including weekends and holidays
Physically active role involving standing and walking
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
