Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism. Provide menu guidance and recommendations based on North Indian cuisine. Take orders accurately and ensure timely service. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service flow. Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and high service standards. Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests courteously. Ensure adherence to restaurant SOPs and fine-dining service etiquette. Assist in billing, table turning, and daily operational tasks. Support team members to achieve seamless dining operations.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in

F&B service

, preferably in

fine dining

. Strong knowledge of

North Indian cuisine

is an added advantage. Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi). Pleasant personality, grooming standards, and guest-first attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and festive days. Team player with a professional and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualities

Passion for service and guest satisfaction. Problem-solving approach with attention to detail. Ability to upsell dishes and beverages. Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems.
