Key Responsibilities:



Operations Management:

Overseeing dining areas, ensuring equipment is functional, and maintaining cleanliness.

Staff Management:

Hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating F&B teams.

Customer Service:

Ensuring high guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, handling complaints, and setting service standards.

Menu & Product Management:

Collaborating with chefs on menu design, monitoring food/beverage inventory, and controlling stock.

Financial & Marketing:

Analyzing costs, managing budgets, and implementing marketing strategies to boost sales.

Health & Safety:

Ensuring strict compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?26,000.00 per month
