Job Description

Inventory & Purchasing:

Control ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing F&B items; conduct stock takes and audits.

Cost Control:

Analyze food and beverage costs, track variances, implement waste reduction, and manage menu costing.

Financial Management:

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, preparing daily/monthly reports, and ensuring financial compliance.

Reporting & Analysis:

Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve profitability.

Supplier Management:

Negotiate prices with suppliers and monitor returns.

Collaboration:

Work with kitchen, purchasing, and finance teams
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
