Maintain proper stock control, inventory, and store records.
Verify purchase bills, issue records, and consumption reports.
Conduct regular physical stock audits and variance analysis.
Control wastage, pilferage, and over-portioning.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost and consumption reports.
Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Kitchen, and Accounts departments.
Ensure proper pricing, recipe costing, and portion control.
Assist management in budgeting and cost optimization.
