Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure high service standards.
Greet, seat, and engage guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Take orders efficiently with strong knowledge of Pan Asian dishes & ingredients.
Coordinate between guests, service staff, and kitchen team.
Train, guide, and motivate service staff for smooth operations.
Oversee table settings, cleanliness, and service readiness.
Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and timely service.
Support billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and company SOPs.
Requirements
Minimum
2-4 years
experience as F&B Captain or Senior Steward in a Pan Asian or fine-dining restaurant.
Strong communication and team-handling skills.
Excellent knowledge of Pan Asian cuisines (Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, etc.).
Ability to multitask and manage fast-paced operations.
Pleasant personality and strong customer service orientation.
Immediate/within 7 days joiners preferred.
