Job Summary:



Key Responsibilities:



1.

Leadership & Supervision:



Lead, manage, and motivate a team of service staff to consistently deliver a world-class dining experience. Conduct pre-service briefings to ensure staff are knowledgeable about the day's menu, special promotions, and service expectations. Coordinate with other departments (kitchen, bar, and housekeeping) to ensure seamless service. Assign tasks to service staff according to individual skill sets and workload requirements, ensuring balanced operations.
2.

Guest Service Excellence:



Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and with the utmost professionalism. Demonstrate a proactive approach to guest needs, offering personalized service and attention to detail. Resolve guest complaints efficiently and discreetly, ensuring the guest leaves satisfied and loyal to the establishment. Provide expert recommendations on food and beverage pairings, taking into account guests' preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions.
3.

Operational Management:



Oversee the set-up, service, and breakdown of dining areas, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation. Monitor the flow of service during meal periods, addressing any bottlenecks or operational challenges that arise. Ensure accurate and timely order processing between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Support the Restaurant Manager in scheduling shifts and managing time-offs, ensuring optimal staffing levels at all times.
4.

Staff Development & Training:



Lead by example, providing continuous training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Conduct regular assessments of staff performance, offering constructive feedback and recognizing high performers. Organize refresher courses on service standards, menu changes, and new procedures to maintain excellence in service delivery.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
