Job Summary

The F&B Captain is responsible for supervising restaurant service operations during assigned shifts, ensuring high service standards, guest satisfaction, and smooth coordination between service staff and kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day restaurant service operations Allocate tables and assign duties to service staff and stewards Ensure service standards, SOPs, and hygiene practices are followed Greet guests, assist with seating, and ensure excellent service delivery Take orders, suggest menu items, and upsell food and beverages Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely order execution Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure staff grooming and punctuality Monitor table turnover, service timing, and guest satisfaction Assist in training new staff and trainees Ensure proper billing procedures and cash control Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred Minimum 2-4 years of experience in F&B Service, preferably as Senior GSA / Supervisor

Working Conditions

Shift-based work including weekends and holidays Standing and active role during service hours
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
