Key duties and responsibilities

Customer service:

Greet guests warmly, seat them, present menus, and provide recommendations.

Order taking:

Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff, often using a POS system.

Serving:

Deliver prepared food and beverages to tables promptly and efficiently.

Payment processing:

Handle payments, including cash, credit cards, and change, accurately and efficiently.

Table maintenance:

Clear and reset tables, and keep the dining area clean, organized, and welcoming.

Problem-solving:

Address customer complaints or concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.

Food safety:

Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a hygienic environment.
Required skills and qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in taking orders and handling payments. Physical stamina to stand and walk for long hours. Basic math skills for processing payments. Flexibility to work various hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
