Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused

Food & Beverage Associate

to join our team. The F&B Associate will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience by assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness and order, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout the dining experience Handle guest inquiries and complaints courteously and efficiently Maintain knowledge of the menu, including dietary restrictions and special promotions Assist in food preparation or setup if required (e.g., buffet, events) Process payments accurately and operate POS systems Follow all food safety and hygiene standards Support team members and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff Perform opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in food & beverage or customer service is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems is a plus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs Manual dexterity to handle serving trays and utensils
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
