Job Description

F&B Associate is responsible for providing courteous, professional, and efficient service to guests in the restaurant, banquet, bar, or room service areas. The role ensures guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements. Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly. Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service. Coordinate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area at all times. Follow all hotel policies and procedures related to service, safety, and hygiene. Assist in setting up and clearing down of restaurant, banquet, or bar areas. Upsell food and beverage items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue. Support team members and maintain a positive work environment.
