Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Present menu, explain specials, and take accurate food & beverage orders. Serve food and beverages as per service standards and sequence of service. Clear tables, reset covers, and maintain cleanliness of the service area. Ensure timely delivery of orders and respond to guest requests promptly. Assist in buffet setup, banquet arrangements, and event service. Handle billing procedures and coordinate with the cashier. Maintain hygiene, grooming standards, and follow SOPs. Report any guest feedback, complaints, or special requests to supervisors.

Skills & Competencies



Excellent communication and guest-handling skills. Good knowledge of F&B service styles and table settings. Positive attitude, teamwork, and professional appearance. Ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications



Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant experience in F&B. 0-3 years of experience (freshers welcome).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
