Greet and assist guests courteously.
Take food & beverage orders accurately and serve promptly.
Ensure tables and service areas are clean, tidy, and well-presented.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
Handle guest queries and resolve issues with professionalism.
Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
Support in setting up buffets, events, and banquets.
Process billing and payment transactions correctly.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field.
Prior F&B service experience preferred (freshers welcome).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹31,298.42 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
