Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused

Food & Beverage Associate

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent service to guests in dining and beverage service areas, ensuring a memorable guest experience. You will work as part of a team to maintain high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar. Serve food and beverages efficiently and in accordance with service standards. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, or complaints with a positive attitude. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including resetting tables and managing side duties. Monitor and maintain stock levels, informing supervisors of shortages. Follow all health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times. Process payments and operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Assist in setting up for events, buffets, or special functions when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in food and beverage or customer service roles preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail. Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic knowledge of food and beverage safety practices.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
