Job Description

F&B Associate supports daily restaurant operations, delivers friendly and efficient service to guests, and ensures all F&B standards are maintained. The role is focused on guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and smooth service flow.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables when required. Present menus, suggest dishes, and take accurate food and beverage orders. Serve food and drinks as per hotel standards. Handle guest requests promptly and professionally. Maintain a positive, courteous, and service-oriented approach at all times.

Operational Duties

Set up restaurant tables, buffets, and service stations. Ensure proper mise-en-place before each shift. Clear tables and reset them efficiently. Support billing and cash handling when assigned. Assist during buffet replenishment and live counters.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
