The Food & Beverage Associate is responsible for providing courteous, efficient, and high-quality food and beverage service to guests while maintaining service standards, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve as per service standards
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and mise-en-place before and during service
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service delivery
Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, service areas, and equipment
Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards
Assist in banquet, room service, and outdoor catering operations
Handle guest requests and escalate complaints to seniors when required
Support team members during peak hours
Follow billing procedures and assist in settlement if assigned
Skills & Competencies
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented and positive attitude
Ability to work in a team and under pressure
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service preferred
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
0-2 years of experience in F&B Service
Freshers / trainees may be considered
Working Conditions
Shift-based work including weekends and holidays
Standing and active role throughout service hours
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
