Job Description

The F&B Associate is responsible for providing excellent guest service in the restaurant, bar, banquet, or in-room dining outlets. The role ensures professional service, product knowledge, and guest satisfaction in line with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Present menu, take food & beverage orders, and serve accurately and promptly. Ensure tables are properly set up, clean, and well-maintained. Upsell food and beverage items to enhance guest experience and increase revenue. Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas. Assist in setting up and clearing of buffet, banquet, and special events. Handle billing, cash, and POS operations accurately. Coordinate with kitchen staff and bartenders for smooth service. Adhere to grooming standards, safety, and hygiene policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent (preferred). Prior experience in F&B service (hotel/restaurant) is an advantage. Good communication skills (English & local language). Knowledge of food, beverages, wines, and service etiquette. Positive attitude, team player, and guest service-oriented. Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
