Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by efficiently taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and adherence to hygiene and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage items Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar promptly Serve food and drinks in accordance with service standards Ensure tables and service areas are clean, well-organized, and properly set Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints politely and efficiently Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines Assist with billing, cash handling, and POS system operations Support setup and breakdown for events, banquets, or special functions Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in food & beverage service is an advantage (freshers may apply) Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Skills & Competencies

Strong customer service skills Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards Teamwork and time management abilities Attention to cleanliness and detail
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
