The F&B Service Associate is responsible for providing courteous, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience while maintaining service standards and hygiene norms.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables
Present menus, explain dishes, and take food & beverage orders
Serve food and beverages as per standard service procedures
Ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and restaurant areas
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth operations
Handle guest complaints politely and inform the supervisor when required
Set up tables, buffet counters, and service areas
Follow hygiene, safety, and FSSAI standards
Assist in billing and payment collection if assigned
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two
Previous experience in hotel or restaurant service preferred
Good communication skills (English & local language)
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service and etiquette
Well-groomed with a positive attitude
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
