Location: Bandra West As a Booker, you will play a crucial role in the success of the agency by identifying, securing, and managing opportunities for its models and talent. You will be primarily responsible for managing the projects for the exclusive models of the company and for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, casting directors, photographers, and other industry professionals, ensuring the continuous growth and success of the company\'s talent roster. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Talent Representation: \xef\x82\xb7 Identify and recruit new models and talent to expand the agency\'s portfolio. \xef\x82\xb7 Create and maintain comprehensive talent profiles, including portfolios and comp cards. \xef\x82\xb7 Match models and talent with suitable assignments and clients. 2. Client Management: \xef\x82\xb7 Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and industry contacts. \xef\x82\xb7 Proactively seek new business opportunities and clients to expand the agency\'s reach. \xef\x82\xb7 Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms on behalf of models and talent. 3. Casting and Auditions: \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with casting directors and clients to coordinate auditions and casting calls. \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare talent for auditions by providing guidance, coaching, and necessary information. \xef\x82\xb7 Manage scheduling and logistics for talent attending auditions and bookings. 4. Promotions and Marketing: \xef\x82\xb7 Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote agency talent. \xef\x82\xb7 Create and update promotional materials, including digital portfolios and social media profiles. \xef\x82\xb7 Attend industry events, fashion shows, and networking opportunities to represent the agency. 5. Administrative Duties: \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, and client communications. \xef\x82\xb7 Handle billing and invoicing for talent services. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications: \xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. \xef\x82\xb7 Previous experience in talent booking, modeling, or talent management is highly preferred. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong industry knowledge and contacts within the modeling and entertainment industry. \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. \xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in using industry-specific software and tools. \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
