Modelroom Agency is seeking a Fashion Model Booker/Manager. This role will require a booker with previous experience in a similar position. They must have a good overview of the business and a volume of well-established contacts. Essential Requirements: -Experience in model agency with team management experience.
-Must be Previously experienced as a high-volume booker, ideally from a fashion, advertising, or media background.
-Demonstrated experience working in a client-facing role, face-to-face and over the phone.
-Line Management experience (preferred).
Highly motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
-Must have a strong interest in fashion and experience working with a fashion or lifestyle brand or model agency.
-Ability to manage sales budgets for the team, regularly reporting to the Founder.
-Strong ability to generate leads and actively chase castings for the team and models.
-Innovative, full of energy, and enthusiastic.
-We need someone who is open to voice their opinions and ideas, leading the team.
-An outside-the-box thinker with strong sales direction.
-Team player with a can-do attitude who is a good listener.
-Hardworking and ambitious, creating excellent work.
The Details: Competitive salary
Office hours are 10.00 am-6 pm (flexibility is required at busy times/ during events)
Daily tasks include but are not limited to: Polaroids and videos of the models
Errands and tasks
Use of phones
Competent user of computer and model database
Update of model books and cards
Up to date with current and past fashion trends
Interview potential Models Generate bookings for the models with existing and new clients. The Details: The hours are Monday to Friday 10.00 - 6.00, at times you will be required to work overtime. Required skills: -Ability to balance and prioritize workload

-Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
-An interest in art, fashion, photography, and brands
-Capable of working well under pressure
