Job Brief -

We are looking for a committed Teacher to complement our qualified workforce of educators. You will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the schools requirements. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop their personalities and skills.

Open Position: * PGT Chemistry (Class 8-12)

• TGT Hindi (Class 4-10)
• TGT Psychology (Class up to 10)
• Admission Counsellor

: * PGT Chemistry (Class 8-12)

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
• Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.)
• Assess and record students progress and provide grades and feedback
• Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events
• Observe and understand students behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a teacher and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized and committed
• Master Degree in Chemistry with a certificate in education (B.Ed.)

2. TGT Hindi (Class 4-10)

• Teach students basic Hindi skills and develop Hindi culture.
• Teach students how to appreciate literature and poetry.
• Conduct various programmes like seminars, elocution, essay writing, quizzes, debates, group discussions, theatre and drama to encourage students the use language skills.
• Engage students with live role plays for active learning.
• Evaluate the students knowledge through various exams like tests, assessments and assignments as per the curriculum requirements.
• Update with the teaching strategies and techniques for better content delivery.
• Maintain good rapport with the parents and discuss the students issues.
• Dedicate to the overall welfare of the students and the growth of the institution

3. TGT Psychology (Class up to 10)

School Psychologist Responsibilities:

• Listening to students\' concerns about academic, emotional or social issues.
• Providing individual and group counseling as appropriate.
• Administering and evaluating psychological tests and preparing reports.
• Helping students to process and overcome their problems.
• Assisting students with the development of goals and action plans.
• Engaging and counseling teachers, parents, and caregivers about issues.
• Researching and implementing intervention programs.
• Developing programs to address behavioral issues and learning difficulties.
• Assessing and diagnosing students to determine eligibility for special services.
• Participating in continuing professional development.

School Psychologist Requirements:

• Specialist or master\'s degree in school psychology or psychology.
• Experience providing psychological assessment and counseling to students.
• Good working knowledge of mental health and the treatment of affective and behavioral disorders.

4. Admission Counsellor

Looking for Female candidate only

• Prior experience of working as admission counsellor in schools in must
• Experience of working with CBSE/IB School will be an advantage
• Good in communication both verbal & in writing
