Plan and prepare manufacturing production plans with quality and on-time delivery as primary objectives based on installation dates and customer demand. Capacity evaluation, staffing, machinery and demand cycles all to be considered.

Create a positive work environment that fosters process improvements and teamwork at all levels.

Establish production goals to achieve budgeted growth plan and share those with the Production Team to ultimately deliver results.

Develop, implement and deliver on continuous improvement objectives to improve quality, lead times, efficiency, on-time delivery, cost and other assigned objectives within your departments.

Analyzes capacity and production data to determine manufacturing processes and required resources.

Resolves issues related to production, machinery, processing, and/or packaging operations. Ensures quality control standards are maintained.

Communicate with the local management team including data results of operations.
