Job Description
- Manage diverse range of plant activities such as Capacity Planning, Process and Equipment Selection, Evaluation of strategic plans, Process control and Optimisation, Cost Management & Quality Assurance to ensure top & bottom line Profitability.
- Operations Management, Project Management, Energy Conservation, Quality Assurance, Value Engineering & TPM.
- Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans
- Improve manpower utilization within existing departments and processes. Schedule stability that allows for maximum return on efficiencies.
- Manage spending against budget and in relation to changes in production volume.
