TAMIL SPEAKING AND FMCG INDUSTRY A MUST

Operations:

- Lead, Manage & Measure day to day factory operations & team to deliver agreed operational KPI\'s in terms of Costs, Quality, Customer service, Safety & hygiene & routine P.M tasks.

- Develop systems & processes that track & optimize productivity & Standards, Metrics & Performance targets to ensure effective return on assets. Allocate resources effectively & fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.

- Prepares and manages the operating budget. Ensures operations are conducted safely, and in compliance with all environmental and health regulations

- Handling complete Plant operations in terms of Manufacturing, Quality and Maintenance.

- Overall responsible for the Product Availability as per the market Demand and to meet the Budgeted volume

- Interact with R&D and Marketing to understand the new product development and it commercialization as per plan

- Collaborative approach knowledge on preventive & corrective maintenance

- Monitoring RM/PM Yield of all lines

- Lead the process of continuous food quality improvement and cost innovation.

- Implemented 5S gallery on the shop floor in order to create awareness among the employees.

- Handling Unionized workforce with day to day IR and shop floor activities.

- Handling Experience in Factory Erection works, HR, IR and Legal.

Team Management :

- As Factory Manager min. of 3 years in 1 or 2 Organization

- Good in laisoning Skills with Local, Labour Office, Factory Inspectorate, Police Etc.

- Exposure in 12(3), 18(1) Settlements

- Disciplinary Enquiries - Warning, Suspension, Dismissal Etc.

- Exposure in facing Strikes, Retrenchment Etc.

- Local Candidate from Tamil Nadu (Tamil Language is mandatory).

- From 500 ~ 1000 plus man-sized company

- Have handled singular or multiple unions from a single/ multiple premise

- Have represented the Management in Conciliation, Litigations Etc.

- Understanding of IR related laws
