• Replenishment Planning
• Owner of the Dispatch Planning process \xe2\x80\x93 ensure timely replenishment of FG goods in the right quantity.
• Guide the factory and RDC warehousing teams for adhering to timely execution of dispatch plans.
• Management of transportation vendors \xe2\x80\x93 holding the accountable for committed service levels.
• Defining & executing differentiated deployment plans basis different freshness constraint rules for different channels
• Enable an active feedback loop on demand trends to the factory planner and supply planner for ensuring high level of responsiveness and therefore enhancing customer service levels.
• Managing escalations and exceptions effectively especially for emerging channel customers by tactical interventions
• Ensuring 100% compliance to product hold & release rules aligned with Q&FS team.
• Provide inputs on change in demand and supply variations which could provide a lot of value in redefining stock norms and warehouse space norms.
• Responsible for on-time in-full inventory deployment for new product launches and promotional activities
• Accountable for regional reporting on Customer Service Levels & SPM and MIS around supply risks/gaps
• Cost Management
• Owner of primary transportation logistics spends \xe2\x80\x93 Budgeting and Tracking a spend of ~INR 18 crores annually.
• Define contracting and vendor strategy with help of MGS commercial team for primary transportation.
• Ensure delivery of DIB targets through cost savings initiatives especially in the area of network optimization, improving efficiency in vehicle capacity utilization and freight rate negotiations Co-Packing Planning and Operations
• Responsible for planning and execution of all co-packing activities to enable activations and promotions and ensuring high level of on-time in-full adherence.
• Guide and supervise the co-packing team at the warehouses and provide resolution to issues.
• Ensure adherence to agreed inventory norms for regular co-packed SKUs at all RDCs
• Vendor management of packing material suppliers for Co-packed products
