Job Description
Hiring for Export Logistic Executive in manufacturing company - Mumbai (CST) location.
- Co-ordinate with Projects and Planning Team for Export Schedules.
- Monitoring overall Pre-Shipment and Post Shipment Documents.
- Handling Container & Stuffing Plan for Export Shipments.
- Liaising with Factory for Export dispatches and arranging for transportation.
- Liaising with CHA for Export Clearance.
- Negotiation with Freight Forwarder and get the best Freight for LCL / FCL shipment.
- Planning of Containers as per the Weight and Volume of the Shipment.
- Co-ordinate with plant for arrangement of container on readiness of material.
- Coordination with the Shipping Line / Freight Forwarder for Form 13 to get the container at Port.
- Handling of ocean Shipment / Exhibition Shipments / Re-Export etc.
- Attend Client and departmental meetings for day to day review of Target.
- 5 years exp required in freight forwarding and export logistic
