Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Facility Manager in daily facility operations, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, HVAC, DG sets, and safety systems.
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Supervise housekeeping, security, and technical staff to ensure smooth site operations.
• Liaise with vendors for AMC, repairs, and service contracts; monitor service quality and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain facility-related MIS reports (DMR/MMR) and assist in audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Support in budget tracking, cost negotiations, and ensuring adherence to approved expenses.
• Conduct daily site inspections for safety, hygiene, and upkeep of assets.
• Handle tenant/client requests and ensure prompt redressal of facility-related complaints.
• Ensure adherence to safety norms, statutory requirements, and company policies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of technical facility systems (Electrical, HVAC, DG, HT-LT panels, Plumbing).
• Experience in vendor and manpower management.
• Working knowledge of safety standards, compliance, and audits.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and facility management reporting.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• 3-4 years of experience in facility/technical operations.
