Job Description


Hiring Assistant Facility Manager for a premium office space renting company in Bangalore.

- The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success managing multiple departments, Vendor negotiations for maximum productivity.

- They\'ll be highly skilled in human resources, finance, and IT management. Additionally, they\'ll display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within their team. Their ultimate responsibility is to increase our operational efficiency.

The objective of the role :

1) Administration (General Affairs) & corporate solutions.

2) Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business and meeting customer expectations within the boundary of the contract.

3) Monitor resource requirements based on the forecasting, and budgetary parameters, and make changes in the same as per revised schedules and budgets.

4) Track and control cost accruals based with respect to budgets, generate progress reports, monitor performance status, and Cost & time reconciliation.

5) Mentoring and maintaining a strong working relationship with the Team and offering assistance, wherever and whenever required.

6) Promote Cross-Selling & Innovation.

7) Vendor Quality Assurance

8) Management System Certification.

9) Training & Development.

10) All administration Control and timely closer of deliverables.

11) Interiors and exteriors of premises infrastructure.

12) Installation and operation control of new and existing assets.

13) Electricity and water consumption control.

14) Access control, operation of physical security, CCTV, BMS, and all critical equipment.

15) Event management

Responsibilities :

1) Should be responsible for managing all existing & new contracts, retention of the existing business, and establishing the portfolio, reputation, and image of the organization.

2) Maintaining relationships with clients.

3) Develop strong relationships with inter-departments.

4) Good command over employee safety and safe work methods under any circumstances

5) Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.

6) Develop or update company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of complaints.

7) Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to management and product development.

8) Provide training and support to the team that includes systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.

9) Oversee and ensure all the operations and maintenance of critical and none critical Equipment.

Skills and qualifications :

1) Superb computer competence, including database management.

2) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

3) Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practices.

4) Strong verbal & written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

1) A proven record of accomplishment in the Facility department with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in a Management level position especially in Real estate.

2) Have a strong background in Technical & Soft Skills.

3) Possess strong leadership qualities and a proactive nature in communication and interaction.

4) Strong Project Management skills.

5) Ability to communicate in more than one language
