Role & responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Lay down housekeeping standards for all sites. \xc2\xb7 Conduct regular site visits to ensure that these standards are met. \xc2\xb7 Selection and training of Housekeeping personnel at the sites. \xc2\xb7 Advise the Site Manager on implementing various cost-effective measures. \xc2\xb7 Co-ordinate with vendors \xc2\xb7 Ensure receipt and analysis of site reports to identify loopholes and avert crisis. \xc2\xb7 Ensure adherence to policies and procedures applicable to the FM function. \xc2\xb7 Ensure required staff strength is maintained at all time as agreed in the contract and coordinate with office and fill the vacancy if any shortage on man power. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all the Housekeeping equipment supplied by agency are in working condition. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all the chemical required to maintain housekeeping services are available and required stock is maintained at site at all time Qualification : Any Graduate Experience : Minimum 1 year Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb921,000.00 per month Benefits:
