Facilities Manager - Responsibilities \xef\x82\xb7 Work with Global facilities team to design the workflow of new facilities processes \xef\x82\xb7 Roll out the facilities processes in compliance with Company policies and Health & Safety Regulations in APAC regions \xef\x82\xb7 Perform risk management to ensure all risks are considered during the operation \xef\x82\xb7 Deliver training to users \xef\x82\xb7 Handle office move and renovation in APAC regions \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare facility management reports and annual maintenance budget \xef\x82\xb7 Perform ad hoc projects as assigned Requirements \xef\x82\xb7 A bachelor\'s degree or above in facilities management, building Service or related disciplines \xef\x82\xb7 At least 8 years\' relevant work experience \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of ISO9001, 14001, and 27001 is an advantage \xef\x82\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills dealing with different levels of internal and external parties \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication, planning, organizational and management skills; self-motivated \xef\x82\xb7 Self-driven, independent, problem solving with good interpersonal skills \xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in both written and spoken English
