About the Role:
The facilities executive will be based out of the Pune office. This position oversees the daily activities needed to ensure a functional, efficient, and safe working environment for employees.
Responsibilities

• 
  Responsible for operations, maintenance and troubleshooting of all equipment, including AHU’s, UPS, Fire Suppression systems, FAS and PA’s
• 
  Responsible for monitoring and controlling the cooling & energy consumption
• 
  Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
• 
  Organize office operations & procedures
• 
  Serve as point of contact and address employees queries regarding office management issues
• 
  Support the maintenance of electrical and mechanical infrastructure as per manufacturers recommendation and corporate specification
• 
  Manage contractors and service providers, including housekeeping, security & pantry
• 
  Oversee housekeeping staff deployment, staff briefings, pantry services & catering weekly office lunches
• 
  Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports from the BMS/IOT tools to management
• 
  Build and maintain vendor relationships
• 
  Conduct inspections on electrical & mechanical infrastructure and make recommendations to improve, repair or modify
• 
  Support reporting on facility operations including power quality, power utilization efficiency (PUE), power usage & vendor scorecards
• 
  Conduct safety inspections & report all concerns, hazards, near misses and incidents
• 
  Maintain stock & inventory
• 
  Ensure all contract staff are well groomed
• 
  Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
