Job description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Facebook Ads Specialist, you will play a critical role in creating and executing successful Facebook advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Facebook advertising strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Create and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including ad copywriting, creative design, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor and optimize ad performance regularly to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives and audience segments.
• Stay updated with the latest Facebook advertising trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align Facebook ad campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
• Generate reports and provide insights on campaign performance to key stakeholders.
• Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient advertising spend.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any ad campaign issues or discrepancies.
• Keep up-to-date with Facebook\'s advertising policies and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Facebook advertising campaigns.
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to create compelling ad creatives.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM is a plus.
• A results-oriented mindset and a drive to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Salary:

• The minimum salary for this position is 5.4 LPA, with the potential for higher compensation based on experience and performance.
