Identify and target new clients (garment manufacturers, exporters, designers, retailers).
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups and client visits.

Product Knowledge and Presentation
Have thorough knowledge of the fabric types (woven, knit, blends, etc.), textures, and uses.
Present and demonstrate fabric samples to clients.
Advise clients on suitable fabrics based on their needs.

Order Management and Coordination
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Track orders from initiation to delivery.
4.
Market Research and Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Gather customer feedback to guide product development and improvements.
5.
Customer Service and Relationship Management
Address client concerns or issues quickly and professionally.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
