Job Description

Sales & Business Development



Identify and approach potential clients (e.g., garment manufacturers, fashion brands, retailers). Maintain and grow existing customer accounts. Achieve sales targets and quotas as assigned by management. Present and demonstrate fabric samples and catalogs to customers.

Product Knowledge & Consultation



Maintain deep knowledge of various fabric types, weaves, textures, and finishes. Provide technical guidance and suggestions based on customer requirements (e.g., fabric suitability, durability, cost-effectiveness). Stay updated with textile trends, innovations, and market demands.
3.

Client Relationship Management



Develop long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs. Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Follow up on orders and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.

Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings. Gather customer feedback and report insights to the management team. Recommend adjustments to products or pricing strategies based on market intelligence.

Reporting & Documentation



Maintain detailed records of sales, customer interactions, and order statuses. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit summaries for management.
