In the years since inception, we have become larger than many established traditional hotel chains and are on track to become the largest Indian hotel chain in the next 18-24 months.

Responsibilities:

- Work with the accounts payable/receivable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payments.

- Establish and maintain policies and procedures for accounts payable/Receivable processes.

- Review and approve invoices and payment batches for accuracy and completeness.

- Maintain vendor relationships, including resolving any issues or disputes.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

- Analyze accounts payable/Receivable data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

- Prepare and present accounts payable/Receivable reports to the Director of Finance.

Qualifications:

- Degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in related field.

- Strong understanding of accounts payable/Receivable processes and best practices.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Experience with accounting software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage and motivate a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
