• Under direct supervision, support and execute tasks related to finance and accounting business processes and applications that are critical to the organization.
• Tasks may involve maintenance and updates to existing financial and analytical models and business processes. Maintains data and reporting elements for business applications and reporting tools, including metric tracking.
• May develop documentation and materials to support training of other employees. Works with the appropriate stakeholders across regions and/or business units. Completion of a university degree in business, computer science, mathematics, engineering, management information systems, supply chain, or similar technical degree.
• 4+ Years of experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Finance Master data elements in SAP incl. processes for adding, modifying, and deactivating objects like Company Codes, Cost Centers, General Ledgers, Cost Elements, Profit Centers, OKB9 table, Payment Methods, BSI unemployment rate and Foreign Currency tables etc. that are requested by users/stake holders
• Maintain global master data Hierarchies/Groups and Mappings as per the agreed and set standards.
• Adhering all Master Data Records as per Global Chart of Accounts
• Supporting Month-end and year-end activities
• Administer the SAP monthly accounting period control to ensure timely closure of SAP Modules including FICO reconciliations, Activity Price revaluations, Open item and GR/IR revaluations
• Strong Functional Expertise to provide support during the enhancements of applications
• Act as First level support/guidance of Finance Master Data
• Ensure that the company\'s master data business rules, policies and procedures are strictly adhered to
• Have a continuous improvement mind set on process and support improvement projects from data perspective and ensure all data Quality KPIs are met
• Hands on Experience in SAP FI-CO & SAP S4 HANA will be an added advantage
