Role : Senior Consultant
Role :
1. Client service delivery/execution: Execute projects and documentation, often supporting multiple clients. Conduct As - Is Assessments, Benchmarking and creating the 1st draft of the recommendations. Conduct data analysis and come up with in depth understanding
2. Support Business Development efforts: Support Partner and other senior team members in BD pursuits via proposal creation, demonstrating good understanding of sector and solution. Understand RFP needs and respond to RFP within the stipulated time frame
3. Knowledge Management: Support knowledge sharing efforts and continually improve processes so that the work team can capture and leverage knowledge
4. Vendor management : Manage relationships and execution with 3rd party vendors in the area of training, Assessments etc.
5. Participate in internal practice activities like quality management, internal initiatives on practice development
6. Network & Identify opportunities: (1) Identify new opportunities for existing clients and communicate to the manager (2) Network internally within the peer group and other levels in the firm, in order to gain understanding of issues that may impact clients
7. Develop industry expertise: Develop good understanding of specific sectors/industries
Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience post MBA in the area of Human Resource Management
- Good pedigree education institutes - Tier 1/ Tier 2
Experience :
a. Consulting organizations - HR consulting experience in Big 4s, Aon, Korn Ferry, Mercer, Accenture, Right Management, IBM or Tech Consulting firms like Infosys, Cap Gemini etc .
b. Line HR - CoE or Corporate HR roles from leading organizations.
c. Government or PSU HR/ training experience
Key attributes :
a. Inclination to work for Government & Public Services clients.
b. Good communication skills and confidence to conduct discussions with senior stakeholders
c. Ability to articulate and present thoughts/ information in a logical manner
d. Available for travel within the country and outside as per requirement for both short stints as well as medium duration like 2-3 weeks at a stretch. Work from Home will not be possible for this role
e. Understanding of leading practices in HR and solutions like HR technology, Change Management, Project Management techniques
f. Superior analytical/problem-solving skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity
g. Ability to conduct high quality analysis
h. Good communication skills
i. Time management skills - the ability to work with deadlines and multitask
