Business Analyst
Experience: 4+ Years
Location: Bangalore
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Interface with the business to understand and capture the high-level business requirements.
- Further develop detailed business requirements to feed into design work.
- Act as a key interface between squad members and the business to facilitate efficient working relationships.
- Be a key point of contact for the Analytics Platform during design and build processes.
- Work with the leads to develop business cases for raising funds for solution delivery.
- Act as a bridge between the functional and technical delivery team and help answer questions for the
technical team.
- Support and coordinate UAT activities on relevant projects.
- Assist the business in change impact assessments and development of change management plans.
- Support Key users / Super users as an SME for Functionality enhancements / User adoption activities.
- Deliver innovation in an Agile environment.
- Prioritise the innovation backlog with project team and key stakeholders.
- Closely monitor development team to ensure innovation requirements.
- Attend daily stand up meetings and other relevant agile ceremonies with suppliers to ensure project innovation is on track and understand relevant risk and/or issues.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Having an MBA from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institute or an MS degree from a leading university outside India is mandatory.
- 4-5+ years experience in FMCG/CPG with an understanding of Business Analytics.
- Proven track record of working with business stakeholders (Senior Managers/Directors/CXOs) to drive definition, alignment, and support for application of analytics and data to address complex business issues.
- Ability to rapidly connect + match analytics and data products to business needs.
- Strong oral and written communication skills is non-negotiable.
- Familiar with Data Analytics and Data science techniques + Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously in a highly VUCA and competitive
market.
- Passion for answering hard questions with data.
- Ability to communicate complex quantitative insights in a precise, and actionable manner .
- Comfortable working in a virtual environment.
- Certifications: PMP/CSM and/or Cloud certifications is an added advantage
