We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Head to lead and manage international sales operations within the plastic industry. The role requires expertise in sales strategies, market expansion, and client relationship management in the industrial/manufacturing sector.

• Develop and implement effective export sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Identify and establish new business opportunities in international markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

Work with an up coming plastics manufacturer in India.Work directly with the promoter.
A successful Export Sales Head should have:

• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in export sales within the plastic industry.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and market trends.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans effectively.
