Salary:3 LPA to 4.8 LPA Job Location: Sector-108, Noida Job description: Profile : Export Sales Manager Role & Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Market Development \xc2\xb7 Identify and evaluate new international markets for organic grains, pulses, herbs, oils, and other products. \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement export strategies in line with the company\xe2\x80\x99s vision for sustainability and organic standards. 2. Sales and Revenue Enhancement \xc2\xb7 Drive sales initiatives to reach or exceed targeted growth objectives and revenue goals. \xc2\xb7 Leverage understanding of organic products and market demands to maximize export opportunities. 3. Client Relationship Management \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain robust relationships with international distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Provide clients with detailed information and education about the benefits and quality of Shuddhagram Organic\xe2\x80\x99s products. 4. Regulatory Compliance and Documentation \xc2\xb7 Ensure all export activities comply with international organic certification standards and local regulations in each market. \xc2\xb7 Manage documentation and certifications required for international trade of organic products. 5. Collaboration and Coordination \xc2\xb7 Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure product consistency and compliance with export specifications. \xc2\xb7 Work with the logistics team to optimize shipping and distribution strategies for international markets. 6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting \xc2\xb7 Monitor and report on international sales performance, market feedback, and potential for market penetration. \xc2\xb7 Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly. 7. Team Leadership and Development \xc2\xb7 Lead and motivate the export sales team, setting clear objectives and providing training in organic product knowledge and sales techniques. \xc2\xb7 Encourage a culture of innovation and responsiveness within the team to meet the dynamic needs of international markets. 8. Product Adaptation and Innovation \xc2\xb7 Provide input on product development and packaging to meet specific international market needs and preferences. \xc2\xb7 Advocate for the continuous improvement of product lines and the exploration of new product offerings based on international customer feedback and market research. Requirements: 1. Educational Qualifications \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field. A Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is preferred. \xc2\xb7 Additional certifications related to export management or organic agriculture are a plus. 2. Experience \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in an export sales role, preferably in the organic or agricultural sector. \xc2\xb7 Proven track record of developing international markets and achieving sales targets. \xc2\xb7 Experience in negotiating and closing contracts with international clients. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with the organic certification process and standards, both locally and internationally. 3. Skills \xc2\xb7 Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse international stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in data analysis and performance/financial metrics. \xc2\xb7 Advanced negotiation and problem-solving skills. \xc2\xb7 Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous. 4. Knowledge \xc2\xb7 Deep understanding of the organic food industry and market trends. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with international trade and customs regulations. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of international logistics, shipping, and compliance requirements. 5.
