AEI Technologies is urgent hiring for Export Quality Control & Assurance with minimum 3 year of experience in Mattel Furniture Export Department. Qualification: Any Graduate with good exposure in Furniture Industries.Salary: starting from INR 15000 - 20000/ CTCLocation: Partapur, Meerut, Uttar PradeshJob Discerptions : a~ Guide and Oversee the quality control function and manufacturing quality function to meet quality standards for materials, products, FG, Packing, Logistics Quality, Mock-ups, etc.,Key Roles and Responsibilities :a~ Formulate and set quality policies according to global furniture quality standards and legal regulations for quality control function.
Lead special inspection tool design process.a~ Manage all outgoing material and component inspection activities, and develop and manage new product test activities including new Mattel application test,a~ Manage the disposal of non-conforming material, components and products, ensuring that company and product quality requirements are met.a~ Monitor the verification and follow-up of quality issues occurring at the production line, ensuring all open NCM issues can be closed in a timely manner.a~ Interface with suppliers/OEMs on inspection methods, test report requirements in technical agreements, master sample sign-off, on-site inspections, sorting arrangement, and NCM components and products disposal method.a~ Keep drawing issues record and feedback to Product marketing and Engineering team on monthly basis to drive improvement.a~ Manage and provide material/component test/inspection report to Marketing team for Marketing promotional purpose.a~ Manage manufacturing quality: process audit, product audit, developing and updating inspection working instructions and control plans, quality awareness training, process non-conformity goods disposal, etc;
Oversee Mock-up/Control Sample quality inspections.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: a,15,000.00 - a,25,000.00 per monthSchedule:
