Position Name Manager (Export Sales & Key Accounts) Reporting to Managing Director Location Pune Education BE/B Tech/Electronics/Electrical mandatory & MBA Marketing/Sales preferred Experience Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience out of which minimum last 3 years in managing teams. Having worked in the field of electronic components / power electronics components / automation parts. While experience business in export business is mandatory, exp. in domestics & defences business will be preferred. Desired background & Skill At least 8 years of experience Managing exports business in the above mention areas. Should have physically visited & have connects with stake holders in OEM clients & dealers & distributors. Should have work in Europe, USA & south East Asia markets. Having deep contacts with strategic stakeholders in key accounts. All India exposure preferred
Experience in creating and managing large dealers and distributors
Experience in managing teams of business development executives across multiple locations
Experience of having sold resistors or passive electronic components / drives / system integration like panels etc. / automation projects etc.
Experience of managing clients belonging to energy meters / lifts & elevators / cranes / UPS invertors / battery chargers / switchgear / lighting industries, etc.
Familiarity with CRM packages like salesforce.com, zoho.com etc.
Role To Acquire & Manage Export Business including existing & new Clients Visit Customers, Meetings with clients to build relationships with existing & New accounts (Export). To Acquire & Manage business from key accounts across India. To manage participation in relevant exhibitions in India & export markets end to end to manager digital media plan for business. Knowledge of the details of the export business to ensure that government policies, labelling systems, transportation and payment laws are followed. Sales forecasting based on customer communication and history data. Achieving client relationship targets and KPI\xe2\x80\x99s as per strategy. Targets include both self as well as team targets. To create MIS (Reports) and review structure for self and team. Work on Defence business opportunities and related vendor registrations Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9800,000.00 - 91,000,000.00 per year Schedule:
