Work Experience Requirements \xc2\xb7 Minimum 15 Years Education Requirements \xc2\xb7 Graduate Skill Set Requirement Effective Communication skill, MS Office Languages to be known English, hindi, local language Responsibility with Corporate Objective \xc2\xb7 Custom Invoice and Packing List Drafting then Approval TB \xc2\xb7 Container Clearing & Forwarding \xc2\xb7 a) Identifying Container based on Validating CBM \xc2\xb7 b) Identifying Shipping lines 5 To 6 \xc2\xb7 c) Preparing comparing sheet and obtaining approval from AS \xc2\xb7 d)Shipping line order is issued over email \xc2\xb7 e) Custom Invoice and Packing send email to CHA for filing check list \xc2\xb7 f) Final Approval of Custom check list \xc2\xb7 g) Lifting of Container from site \xc2\xb7 h) Co-ordinating with transporter for pick up container up till lodgment of container at port. \xc2\xb7 I)Co-ordinating gather document and samples custom clearance purpose with CHA and Factory dispatch person. \xc2\xb7 J) Preparing with documents send email to ADC for NOC \xc2\xb7 k) Preparing export documents for submission to clear the materials for port and Finance \xc2\xb7 l)Preparing documents for bl draft and approval the final bill of lading \xc2\xb7 m)Preparing Client invoice and packing list, COO, Insurance and LC Related documents. \xc2\xb7 n) Preparing documents proof of export send to vendor for Advance Licence Closer \xc2\xb7 o) MEIS Licence issue, sale, duty drawback, EPCG Licence \xc2\xb7 p) Preparing sale invoice file & Submission to Account for Billing \xc2\xb7 q) Clearing old Duty Drawback and MEIS outstanding \xc2\xb7 r) Port Registrations and Cancellations documents KPA: Escalation on Container Delayed Releasing Export Documents Status along with timeline from sailing date, BL Date and handover date to Finance Total Freight Outward in a month Freight cost /CHA Cost Reduce and Increase Comparison of Benchmarks rate with actual with reason Total Old Duty Drawback & MEIS along Target for month Compliance challenges DGFT and Custom Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9500,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb91,000,000.00 per year Benefits:
