Qualification: Graduate with EXIM management will be preferred
Experience: 7 to 10 years into Export PLASTIC INDUSTRY ONLY
KSA:
Knowledge of best practices in Customs, FTP, with an additional knowledge of other related Acts, such as Weights & Measures etc.
Good negotiation and relationship management skills
JOB Description
To Manage Logistics operations (Export and Import), Documentation, Co-ordination with Marketing, Exporters, Banks, Shipping Lines, Clearing Agents, transporters.
To look after all day to day transactional, documentational and co-ordinational activities.
Co-ordinate with Demand / Supply Planner for Order-wise product availability and publish day wise dispatch plan.
To ascertain competitive quotes from Shipping Lines/Freight Forwarders basis plan to be executed and shortlist vendors thru a process laid down.
To explore opportunities in market for getting into long term deals for freights.
To keep a track of freight volatility and ensure savings opportunities are identified and implemented.
To keep reviewing daily dispatch plan and ensure that SNOP Monthly targets are met.
