Job Description
Job location :- South Bangalore.
Academics :- Any degree in Agriculture
Years of experience :- 10+ years
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Able to provide support, technical assistance to international distributors.
- Should have vegetable seeds Sales (minimum 1 year) experience, with a proven track record of achievement in your current sales role.
- Countries handled Middle East/African market.
- Guide juniors in export related documents and licence process.
- Training of team members.
- Negotiation with buyer and suppliers.
- Maintain healthy relationship with supplier and buyers.
- To generate sales leads from existing and new costumers.
- Representing the business at trade exhibitions in the Designated Territory. One has witnessed an unprecedented growth in terms of size, volume and Geographic presence.
- Increase market share of Company brand product.
- Develop a dealer network in African countries, appointing suitable dealers and providing them required technical and marketing support.
