JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Logistics Manager (Export) Education: 3 to 5 Experience in Same field or Logistic Related Course
Experience Required: 3 to 5 years Bubna Polysack Industries: Our Expectations Logistics Manager Organizing and monitoring quality of product and responsible for supply chain management. Responsible for Transportation till the container (Sea Freights) (Shipment) dispatched and reached to the final destination. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Planning and managing logistics, transportation and customer services
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Negotiation and Liaising with transportation & shipping line
• Keeping Update With Customs House Agent
• Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery time, transport cost
• Review Customer requirements and make sure they are met and international standard
• Comply with laws, regulation of custom and other requirement
• Visiting Suppliers and factory sites for sample collection and Quality Analysis
• Coordination with supplier related to Purchase Inquiries, Orders, Status
• Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
• Maintain records of sample from customer as well as suppliers inward \xe2\x80\x93Outward.
• Own & Drive the SOP process involving all functional leads, Responsible from ideation to execution of Supply Chain Strategy
• International Logistics & Documentation ( Planning according to order for Shipping Line for Sea freights, Forwarders & Transportation, container Booking and complete logistic duties)

• Tracking the containers (shipment) till its reach final destination.
• Supervising, Reviewing and Directing Sales & Marketing Team
• Updated with current changes for export and the Polymer and RIL MIS rates & Report
• Reporting to: CEO
